Job summary

PT. DyStar Colours Indonesia seeks a Logistics Officer to ensure smooth logistics operations and on-time order fulfillment in Jakarta. You will manage sales orders, coordinate with customers, and support inventory and documentation within the SCM, Sales & Administration department.

Qualifications

• University Degree or Diploma Holder.
• Experience in customer service area is necessary.
• Well versed with MS Office application.
• Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
• Good command of English is advantageous.
• Negotiation & Communication Skill.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery arrangement in accordance with customer's requirement.
• Responsible for correctness of Sales Order creation.
• Communicate with customers on stock availability.
• Maintain correct selling prices in SAP.
• Ensure batch allocation according to First In First Out principle.
• Creation of Invoice — commercial and tax.
• Coordinate with Warehouse & service provider for smooth delivery.
• Accountable for correctness of customer master data in SAP.
• Monitor Credit/ Debit Note — if applicable.
