Job summary

PT Dystar Colours Indonesia in Cilegon, Banten, Indonesia is seeking a Warehouse Operator to handle finished goods, manage logistics, operate forklift and reach truck, and maintain 5S and safety standards.

The role requires at least 1 year of warehouse experience, high school or equivalent, and forklift certification (SIO). You will perform cycle counts, process receipts and dispatches, and keep accurate records with SAP, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle all received Finished Goods materials with matching documents, SAP names, batch numbers and quantities.
• Manage logistics for Finished Goods dispatched for export according to shipping instructions and delivery notes.
• Perform break bulking, repacking, wrapping, re-palletising and roping as needed.
• Conduct daily checks of electric forklift and reach truck to minimise downtime.
• Carry out cycle counts and annual stock counts to balance SAP and physical inventory.
• Prepare daily activity reports to maintain clear records and coordination within the section.
• Follow safety regulations and maintain 5S standards for housekeeping and hygiene.

Job description

Warehouse Operator role at PT Dystar Colours Indonesia in Cilegon, Banten, Indonesia. The position involves handling finished goods materials, managing logistic activities, operating equipment, and maintaining warehouse safety and cleanliness standards.

Key responsibilities

• Handle all received Finished Goods materials from Gabus Plant, ensuring all required documents, material names, batch numbers, and quantities match between actual and SAP system
• Manage logistic activities of Finished Goods dispatched for export according to Shipping Instructions and Delivery Notes, ensuring no material deviation regarding article number, product name, batch number, total quantity, and storage bins
• Perform break bulking of material including repacking, wrapping, re-palletising and roping material as necessary
• Conduct daily control and maintenance checks of electric forklift and reach truck to minimise equipment downtime
• Perform periodical cycle counting and annual stock count to identify potential stock deviations and balance stocks between SAP system and actual inventory
• Follow all instructions from superior and prepare daily reports of all activities to maintain clear records and coordination within the section
• Follow established work safety and process safety regulations to prevent work incidents and accidents
• Maintain, control, record and report housekeeping, safety and hygiene duties of Warehouse area following 5S standards implementation

About you

• Minimal Senior High School or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year experience as Warehouse Operator
• Basic understanding in work safety and process safety of warehouse manufacturing
• Able to operate electric forklift and reach truck, with SIO Forklift certification
• Hard worker, discipline, diligent, good communication, honest, good interpersonal skills
• Familiar with logistic activities
• Understanding basic 5S and housekeeping is advantageous
