Job summary

PT SCG Barito Logistics in Indonesia seeks a logistics professional to allocate products based on shipments and memos, creating Loading Instructions and Transfer Orders for truck loading and unloading. Qualifications

Must have Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree from a recognized university or equivalent.
2-3 years of experience in logistics and operations leadership (fresh graduates welcome).
Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables).
Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
Ability to communicate in English is a plus.

Responsibilities

Allocate products based on Shipment and Memos by creating Loading Instruction and Transfer Order for truck loading and unloading.
Process goods issues and goods receipts accurately.
Print Surat Jalan and Certificate Of Analysis documents.
Track and troubleshoot discrepancies between physical goods and SAP system records.
Collaborate with the Inventory Controller to maintain stock accuracy.
Present and maintain accurate data regarding inventory levels and the physical locations of goods at the warehouse.
