Job summary

Sidel in Jakarta, Indonesia is seeking an Assistant PM Services - Logistics to coordinate import activities, handle receipt and shipment of machines and parts, and deliver to customer sites.

You will prepare import documentation, classify goods (Lartas vs Non-Lartas), schedule shipments, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with regulations while collaborating with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, business, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field is essential, with some positions requiring at least 3 years of experience.
• Knowledge of inventory control, distribution processes, shipping and receiving processes, and applicable laws and regulations is crucial.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Speaks English and local dialect.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate import documentation and verify shipment-related documents.
• Identify whether goods fall under Lartas (restricted/prohibited) or Non-Lartas categories.
• Support import activities including shipment scheduling and transportation organization.
• Optimize shipment scheduling to meet customer needs.
• Ensure quality of operations and compliance with procedures and regulations.
• Monitor transport performance and resolve issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of logistics performance.
