Job summary

PUMA SE in Jakarta, Indonesia is seeking a Senior Executive, Logistics to manage import permits, PI quota submissions, and end‑to‑end shipment coordination. You will liaise with planning, forwarders, brokers, and vendors to ensure timely operations and compliance.

You will monitor regulatory changes, maintain documentation, and support audits while driving KPI achievement across inbound and outbound logistics in a fast‑paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree/Higher Diploma in Logistics or relevant studies.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in logistics operations.
• English & Bahasa (written and verbal) language skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand Indonesian importation permits and requirements.
• Update and monitor changes in import regulations and permits.
• Coordinate PI quota submission with stakeholders and forecast requirements.
• Submit and monitor PI quota via INSW and coordinating with the IOR vendor for additional PI quota.
• Coordinate with customs broker for PI quota utilization and KPI achievement.
• Manage SNI and K3L permits and related submissions.
• Oversee royalty (RMC) declarations on PIB and VDVP reporting.
• Coordinate shipment planning with planning, OL, forwarder, and customs brokerages; optimize shipment mode and schedule.
• Ensure smooth customs clearance with brokers and monitor related KPIs.
• Prepare and submit shipping documents (Inv, PL, BL, COO, LS) with accuracy.
• Maintain digital documents library and support audits and 3PL invoicing processes.
• Provide ad hoc logistics support to supervisor and participate in process improvements.
