Job summary

AQUA ELEKTRONIK PRODUCT SERVICE & SUPPORT is seeking a Warehouse/Logistics Coordinator to ensure timely delivery to dealers and oversee warehouse operations from the central warehouse to destination sites. You will manage shipments, documentation, and stock records in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field and at least 2 years of experience in warehousing and distribution.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics or related field.
Minimum 2 years in a similar role or position.
Experience with warehouse operations, transportation and vendor management.
Proficient in WMS/TMS and SAP; strong documentation skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

Ensure delivery of goods to dealers according to plan.
Monitor shipments from CWH/factory to destination locations as planned.
Oversee warehouse administration: delivery notes, POD, returns, and related docs.
Troubleshoot obstacles in the delivery process from CWH/factory to destinations.
Monitor product returns from dealers back to CWH.
Track and reconcile transport billing documents (POD).
Produce daily stock updates, weekly petty cash/damage reports, and monthly POD reconciliation reports.
Control inbound and outbound warehouse movements per plan.
Perform regular stock takes to match physical stock with system records.
