Job summary

DF PT. Dankos Farma is seeking a Logistics Documentation Specialist to manage shipping and receiving documents, record and maintain logistics data, and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely receipt and dispatch of goods.

You will prepare reports on shipments, monitor status, and communicate with suppliers and customers while entering data into ERP systems to keep inventory accurate and compliant with procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping and receiving documentation.
• Data recording and inventory maintenance experience.
• Ability to coordinate with warehouse teams.
• Proficient in preparing logistics-related reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process shipping and receiving documents.
• Record and maintain data of logistics transactions in the system.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely receipt and dispatch.
• Prepare reports on shipments, goods received, and stock movements.
• Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding documents and status.
• Enter and update data in ERP systems and ensure accuracy.
