Job summary

AQUA ELEKTRONIK Product Service & Support is seeking a Logistics Administration professional to manage allocation planning and daily stock coordination in our Jakarta operations. The role involves coordinating between branches, marketing, and sales to ensure timely distribution and PSI updates.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Bachelor’s in related fields, at least 1 year of logistics experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Transportation, Management, or Business Administration.
• At least 1 year of experience in logistics administration.
• Proficient in WMS and SAP; strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Create Monthly Consensus for allocation/distribution plan
• Update PSI at Branch level
• Update Supply from Factory local & import
• Coordinate with product marketing for allocation priority
• Coordinate with Sales for allocation request
• Update daily Stock Report in all warehouse
• Update Distribution/Allocation progress
• Make Daily Stock relocation report

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Transportation, Management, Business Administration, or related
• At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position especially logistic administration
• Required Skill(s): Warehouse operation, Transportation distribution, WMS, SAP, and Documentation filling
• Thriving at Microsoft office (Power point/Excel/Word)
• Flexible and open to changes and able to manage multiple tasks in restricted timeframes
• Able to fast paced/take critical decisions and handle stress
• Good knowledge and understanding of technical issue
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
