Qualifications

• S1 bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar logistics leadership role.
• Hands-on experience in order processing, purchasing & importation, warehousing, and delivery.
• Strong knowledge of airfreight & sea freight operations, including customs clearance.
• Familiar with WMS and TMS systems.
• Strong negotiation, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Independent and well-organized with strong coordination abilities.
• Proficient with computerized working procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics operations including purchasing, importation, warehousing and delivery.
• Coordinate with internal divisions and external parties to ensure smooth operations.
• Negotiate with suppliers and service providers to optimize costs and service levels.
• Monitor and improve efficiency of order processing and freight handling.
• Ensure compliance with customs procedures and international trade regulations.

Job description

Reports to Operational Director, the Logistics Department Manager responsibilities will be but not limited to:

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and lead the whole operations of Logistics functions including Purchasing and Importation, Warehousing, and Delivery

Communicate and coordinate with internal divisions and external parties to ensure that all of the Logistics functions are managed and organized as expected by the company

Qualifications required:

Min. S1 degree from reputable university

Min. of 5 years experience in the same position

Possess comprehensive understanding and hands‑on experience in order processing, purchasing & importation, warehousing, and delivery

Good knowledge of Airfreight & Sea freight Industry and operational procedures including customs clearance and familiar with foreign trade procedures

Familiar with Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Transport Management System (TMS)

Capability to negotiate and to handle issues with external parties

Strong management, analytical thinking, communication, and leadership skills

Fluent in English both spoken and written

Independent, well‑organized with proven coordination skills

Computer literate and familiar with computerized working procedures and environment
