Job summary

PT Lautan Luas Tbk is seeking a seasoned Logistics professional to lead strategy, planning and execution across distribution, warehousing, and export/import functions. The role emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, and cross-site leadership in a chemical/manufacturing context.

You will oversee multi-site operations, ensure FIFO/FEFO accuracy, and manage the annual logistics budget while driving performance through KPI-led leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics/SCM, industrial/chemical engineering, or business.
• Min. 3 years in logistics, preferably in chemical/manufacturing/FMCG/oil & gas chemical.
• B3/hazardous materials handling experience is a strong plus.
• Fluent English and skilled in Excel/ERP/WMS (SAP/Oracle).
• Valid driving license (SIM A) is an advantage.

• Warehouse & Inventory: oversee multi-site operations; ensure FIFO/FEFO accuracy, enforce proper storage.
• Export/Import: coordinate customs, freight-forwarder liaison, and documentation (PEB/PIB, INSW, MSDS/SDS).
• Safety & Compliance: implement K3/SMK3; sustain ISO, Halal & NSF standards; audit readiness.
• People Management: lead logistics team across multiple sites; set KPIs; cross-functional coordination.
