Job summary

You will coordinate with internal teams and ensure data accuracy while performing filing and document management. Ideal candidates have basic to intermediate Excel skills, strong attention to detail, and good organizational abilities.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in any field (Logistics/Supply Chain is a plus).
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data entry, simple reporting).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and administrative skills.
• Willing to learn and able to follow instructions well.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily administrative tasks related to logistics operations
• Input and maintain data in Excel (shipment data, inventory records, etc.)
• Prepare and update reports using Microsoft Excel
• Support documentation such as delivery orders, invoices, and logistics records
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entries
• Assist in coordinating with internal teams for data and document collection
• Perform filing and document management
