Job summary

You will use Microsoft Excel for data collection and reporting, monitor PR lead times, coordinate with suppliers, and maintain procurement documentation.

Qualifications

• Active students or fresh graduates majoring in Industrial Engineering.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with data.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to commit to a 6-month internship.
• Available to work full-time from the office, Central Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Support daily procurement and logistics activities.
• Assist the procurement process from PR to PO.
• Monitor daily PR and follow up with stakeholders.
• Collect, validate, and organize supplier quotations and procurement data.
• Monitor purchasing lead time and delivery status.
• Assist in procurement data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel.
• Support supplier coordination and procurement administration.
• Maintain and organize procurement and logistics documentation.
