Qualifications

• Diploma level education required.
• At least 3 years in a similar role; Freight Forwarding/Logistics experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
• Experience managing deadlines and prioritising in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and take on responsibilities.
• Knowledge of Incoterms and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate vessel schedule requirements and related activities.
• Collaborate with internal operations to ensure smooth shipment delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers through clear, proactive communication.
• Prepare accurate shipping documentation and manage file administration (billing, invoices).
• Handle customer inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure timely resolution.
• Support with demurrage collection and assist payment processes to vendors.
• Supervise customer service staff and monitor KPIs; drive improvements.
• Assist with SOP adherence and process improvements across the team.
