Job summary

Samudera Indonesia is seeking a Marketing-focused professional to coordinate and distribute customer shipments, ensuring trucking services and vessel space for schedules. You will provide daily status updates and reports to customers while monitoring shipments for timely delivery.

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year in Marketing; strong written communication, presentation skills, and MS Office proficiency are required in English.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major.
• Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in Marketing are preferred.

• Proficient in MS Office; English proficiency required.

Main Responsibilities

• 1. Coordinate and distribute customer shipments in accordance with customer requirements.
• 2. Ensure the availability of trucking services and vessel space to support shipment schedules.
• 3. Provide daily shipment status updates and reports to customers.
• 4. Monitor and control customer shipments to ensure timely delivery and arrival at the designated destination.

General Responsibilities

• 1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
• 2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
• 3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
• 4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
