Job summary

PSA BDP in Indonesia seeks a logistics professional to join our global team. You will coordinate shipments across air, sea, and land and prepare essential shipping documents.

The role requires at least 2 years in freight forwarding or logistics, a Diploma, strong communication, and attention to detail. English proficiency is essential; Mandarin is a plus. We offer a competitive salary and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of freight forwarding or logistics experience.
• Min Diploma Degree required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with good data accuracy.
• Proficient in written and spoken English; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor shipments via air, sea, and land transportation.
• Prepare and process shipping documentation such as invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, and bills of lading.
• Track shipment status and ensure timely updates to customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, and operations teams to ensure smooth logistics execution.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and international shipping regulations.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and update data in logistics systems/platforms.
• Assist in resolving operational issues related to shipments and delivery schedules.
