Job summary

DSV Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Sea Freight Export Operations Associate in Jakarta. You will manage shipment plans, communicate with customer destinations, and prepare bookings and export documents to ensure timely, compliant shipments.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor degree in Sea Transportation Management or a related field, 2+ years in sea freight export operations (fresh graduates welcome), and strong English and Excel reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor degree in Sea Transportation Management or any major.
• 2+ years in Sea Freight Export operations; fresh graduates welcome.
• Solid understanding of sea freight export flow and procedures.
• Proficiency in English written and spoken.
• Strong MS Office skills and Excel reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipment plan based on customer data and planning.
• Communicate with customer destinations/markets.
• Prepare forecast and booking arrangements.
• Process booking submissions.
• Coordinate with warehouse team for stuffing.
• Check export documents such as BL and other required docs.
• Generate SI, Commercial Invoice, and Packing List from loading data.
• Submit weekly shipment reports.
• Update data and upload to the transport management system.
• All duties assigned by supervisor.
