Job summary

Responsibilities include tracking shipment status, coordinating with warehouse and operations teams, and resolving operational issues to maintain service Excellence for a global customer base.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor shipments via air, sea, and land transportation.
• Prepare and process shipping documentation such as invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, and bills of lading.
• Track shipment status and ensure timely updates to customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, and operations teams to ensure smooth logistics execution.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and international shipping regulations.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and update data in logistics systems/platforms.
• Assist in resolving operational issues related to shipments and delivery schedules.
