Qualifications

• 1–3 years of proven auditing experience (internal or external).
• Willingness to travel and work overtime to meet deadlines.
• Strong understanding of internal control frameworks, risk assessment, and audit methodologies.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting; advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to translate complex operational data into audit findings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct operational and compliance audits across logistics activities (warehouse, fleet, routing, inventory).
• Review SOPs and ensure consistent implementation per policies and best practices.
• Collect, analyze, and document audit data and evidence for reliable findings.
• Identify risks and control weaknesses across processes.
• Prepare clear audit reports with actionable recommendations for department heads.
• Monitor and follow up on audit action plans for timely implementation.
• Conduct preliminary investigative audits when fraud or SOP violations are identified.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and management to ensure effective execution.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold independence, integrity, and objectivity.
