Job summary

SPX Express in Indonesia is seeking a Quality Control/Assurance specialist to conduct routine inspections of Sortation Center (SOC) and Hubs, ensuring policies, compliance, workflows, and procedures support operations. You will assess compliance against standard checklists, identify improvement opportunities, and report findings daily, weekly and monthly to reduce bottlenecks and costs.

Minimum 1 year of experience in QA/SOP compliance required; logistics or e-commerce background is a plus;

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Control / Assurance / SOP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspection to Sortation Center (SOC) and Hubs to ensure standard policy, compliance, workflows, and procedures are in place to support the operation.
• Inspect operating compliance in SOC and Hubs (based on SOP) and identify improvement opportunities by providing problem identification.
• Assess the SOC and Hubs compliance level against the standard assessment checklist.
• Summarize and report key findings from the inspection on a regular basis (daily, weekly and monthly) focusing on bottlenecks to increase productivity and reduce cost.
