Job summary

PT. Global Jet Express (J&T Express) is seeking a skilled accounting professional to join our finance team in Jakarta. You will manage accounting and bookkeeping, ensure compliance, and support monthly close and financial statements.

The role also involves audits, preparing materials for consolidated statements, SOP development, and training for new business initiatives. Requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting and 2+ years of experience; PSAK/IFRS knowledge and strong Excel skills are a must.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Familiar with accounting rules and entries for fixed assets, payroll, and related items.
• Solid understanding of PSAK / IFRS.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis) and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in spoken English; Chinese proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze accounting data; conduct monthly comparative analysis and monitor and handle abnormal data.
• Prepare financial statements, ensuring the accuracy of the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement.

• Provide and complete materials required for consolidated financial statements.
• Handle other ad-hoc tasks, such as preparing SOP manuals and conducting training for new business initiatives.

• Having an experience using Yonyou NC Cloud system is a plus.
• Familiar with accounting rules and entries for fixed assets, payroll, and related items.
• A solid understanding of PSAK / IFRS.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis) and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in spoken English; able to communicate effectively in English. Chinese proficiency is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and effective problem-solving skills.
• Proactive and positive working attitude.
• Experience in large enterprises or multinational companies is preferred; experience in the express / logistics industry is an advantage.
