Job summary

J&T Express in Jakarta seeks an Audit Associate to conduct operational and compliance audits across our logistics network. You will evaluate internal controls, identify risks, and deliver actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and governance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, 1–3 years of auditing experience, and can work with Mandarin (HSK 4 level preferred). Travel to warehouses and hubs is required; overtime may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of auditing experience.
• Mandarin speaking ability preferred (HSK 4).
• Experience in logistics/audit is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct operational and compliance audits across logistics activities.
• Review SOPs and assess their implementation for compliance.
• Collect, analyze, and document audit data and evidence.
• Prepare audit reports with practical recommendations.
• Monitor and follow up on audit action plans.
• Support investigative audits related to potential fraud or SOP violations.
• Collaborate with operational, finance, and management teams.
• Maintain confidentiality and objectivity in audit activities.
