• Review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure consistent implementation in accordance with company policies and industry best practices.
• Collect, analyze, and systematically document audit data and supporting evidence to ensure accurate and reliable audit findings.
• Identify potential risks, internal control weaknesses, and instances of non-compliance across operational processes.
• Prepare clear, constructive audit reports with practical and actionable recommendations for improvement to department heads.
• Monitor and follow up on agreed-upon audit action plans to ensure timely and effective implementation by the relevant teams.
• Conduct preliminary investigative audits when potential fraud, operational inefficiencies, or SOP violations are identified.
• Collaborate closely with operational, finance, and management teams throughout the audit process to ensure effective execution and cross-functional coordination.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of data and uphold the highest standards of independence, integrity, and objectivity in all audit activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in internal or external auditing. Experience in the logistics, warehousing, or transportation industry is a strong advantage.
• Willingness to travel for business purposes, including visits to warehouses, logistics hubs, and branch offices, and to work overtime when necessary to meet critical audit deadlines.
• Solid understanding of internal control frameworks, risk assessment, and standard audit methodologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, particularly advanced Microsoft Excel.
