Job summary

J&T Express is seeking a dynamic Key Account / Client Relationship Specialist to drive new customer acquisition and manage onboarding within the logistics sector. You will build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, coordinate with agents and management, and help optimize service delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, proficiency in MS Word/PowerPoint/Excel, and fluency in Indonesian and English; Mandarin is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major; fresh graduates welcome, with 2+ years preferred.
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English; Mandarin is a strong plus.
• Willing to travel and work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and pitch shipping services via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
• Onboard new clients and manage contract lifecycles, including renewals.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and coordinate with agents and management.
• Assist in creating client SOPs and troubleshoot shipping issues.
• Handle basic documentation and administrative tasks related to client accounts.
