Job summary

ParagonCorp in Jakarta Center seeks a seasoned professional to manage day-to-day built-in WMS and OMS operations, lead logistic engineering across sites, and define future warehouse automation initiatives, including WMS/OMS features and automation projects.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Master's in engineering, with 3+ years in operations/engineering and at least 1 year in a leadership role, plus strong communication and data-driven decision skills; SAP PM knowledge and AI/tools are

• 3+ years in operations/engineering with at least 1 year in a managerial/leadership role leading engineering teams or managing automation projects.

• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and resolve complex technical bottlenecks quickly.

• Manage day-to-day built-in WMS and OMS and act as key user.
• Lead and manage logistic engineering across sites.
• Define and implement future warehouse automation, as well as WMS and OMS features.
• Lead and monitor automation implementation projects across warehouses.
• Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with supply chains, IT, and Commercial team
• Control annual project budgets and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Partner with the IT team to improve warehouse operational workflows and support software/systems.
• Initiate AI utilization throughout end-to-end business processes.

What you will need:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Mechatronics, Supply Chain, or Logistics Management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations and/or engineering, with at least 1 year in a managerial/leadership role leading engineering teams or managing automation projects.
• Excellent communication skills to negotiate effectively with senior leadership, vendors, and frontline site teams.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
• Demonstrated capability to thrive in fast-paced environments and resolve complex technical bottlenecks quickly.
• Having Knowledge of SAP (plant maintenance modul) and warehouse automation tools such as PTL, AMR, conveyor, and/or AI is highly preferred.
