The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Master's in engineering, with 3+ years in operations/engineering and at least 1 year in a leadership role, plus strong communication and data-driven decision skills; SAP PM knowledge and AI/tools are

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, Mechatronics, Supply Chain, or Logistics Management.
3+ years in operations/engineering with at least 1 year in a managerial/leadership role leading engineering teams or managing automation projects.
Excellent communication skills to negotiate with senior leadership, vendors, and frontline teams.
Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and resolve complex technical bottlenecks quickly.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day built-in WMS and OMS and act as key user.
Lead and manage logistic engineering across sites.
Define and implement future warehouse automation, as well as WMS and OMS features.
Lead and monitor automation implementation projects across warehouses.
Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
