Job summary

The role involves handling exceptions per SOP, traveling to other Indonesian cities for business, inspecting LSP operations, and supporting optimization initiatives through data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Accept transportation requirements from Huawei customers and account departments, create tenders, and monitor end-to-end fulfilment to meet quality, SLA, and cost targets
• Quickly identify transportation service exceptions, determine causes, and develop solutions per SOP and related documents
• Travel to other cities in Indonesia on business trips to inspect LSPs (e.g., XD/POOLMOVER) and prepare relevant reports
• Follow optimization directives from the logistics manager to implement business optimization plans and achieve optimization goals
• Assist the transportation manager by analyzing business data to uncover improvement opportunities

Job description

1. Be responsible for accepting the transportation requirements issued by Huawei customers and account departments, creating tenders, and monitoring end-to-end transportation fulfilment to ensure the quality, SLA, and cost targets are achieved

2. For transportation service exceptions, the exceptions can be quickly identified and the causes can be determined and solutions can be developed according to the SOP and other process documents

3. Travel to other cities in Indonesia on business trips, inspect the business status of LSPs (such as XD/POOLMOVER), and produce relevant reports

4. Follow the optimization instructions issued by the logistics manager and others, continuously implement business optimization plans, and ensure that optimization goals are consistently achieved
