Job summary

ParagonCorp is seeking a Distribution Planning Specialist to optimize service levels across DC/NDC networks in Jakarta. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners, including Parama, to drive improvements in distribution and inventory management.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and at least 3 years of distribution planning or logistics experience, with strong analytics and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to improve service level performance.

• Analyze and optimize distribution planning, including shipment planning to DC/RDC.
• Manage baseline and inventory models across DCs and NDCs, including NPD.
• Coordinate phase-in and phase-out processes to ensure inventory availability.

Job description

• Develop and implement strategies and action plans to improve service level performance by collaborating with internal stakeholders, including KAM, CMM, Operations, SCM, Finance, and Parama, as well as external customers and key account supply chain partners.
• Monitor and analyze casefill performance, including casefill loss trees, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities, to identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure a smooth and accurate customer order fulfillment process by utilizing relevant systems, tools, and platforms.
• Analyze and optimize distribution planning processes, including shipment planning to DC/RDC, casefill fulfillment, and service level improvement, to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Manage and maintain baseline and inventory/stock models for existing items and New Product Development (NPD) across Distribution Centers (DC) and National Distribution Centers (NDC).
• Coordinate and manage phase-in and phase-out processes to ensure optimal inventory availability and smooth product transitions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with relevant stakeholders to identify operational issues, develop solutions, and continuously improve distribution planning performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) from Industrial Engineering or a related field. Other majors are welcome with relevant experience in Distribution Planning or Supply Chain.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in Distribution Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and stakeholders.
• Customer-oriented with a strong focus on service level and operational excellence.
