Job summary

PT Aroma prima livindo is seeking a Sales Admin to support daily sales operations and finance-related administrative tasks in Tangerang. The candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in Sales Admin or a similar role and be proficient in Excel. Experience with ERP/Sales systems is a plus.

The position requires good communication and coordination skills and is based in Greenlake City, Tangerang. Preference given to candidates with background in Beauty, Cosmetics, Skincare, FMCG, Retail, or

• Min. D3/S1 with 1–2 years in Sales Admin or similar.
• Experience in Beauty/Cosmetics/FMCG/Retail preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (vlookup/hlookup).
• Experience using ERP/Sales System is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions accurately and timely.
• Prepare and post journal entries into the accounting system.
• Ensure all transactions are properly supported by complete documentation
• Verify supplier invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documents.
• Record cash and bank transactions & Perform daily/monthly bank reconciliations.
• Record and reconcile sales transactions from marketplaces, e-commerce platforms, retail stores, distributors, and resellers.
• Prepare supporting schedules and reports for monthly financial statements & ensure all transactions are recorded in the correct accounting period.
• Assist in preparing documents and data required for tax reporting.
• Can join as soon as possible and willing to be placed in Greenlake city, Tangerang.

Job description

Min D3/S1 related fields, with min 1–2 years of experience as Sales Admin, Sales Support, or similar position

Experience in Beauty, Cosmetics, Skincare, FMCG, Retail, or General Trade is preferred.

Familiar with sales administration and order processing and handle distributor for General Trade in Indonesia.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (vlookup/hlookup).

Experience using ERP/Sales System is an advantage

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with deadlines.

Good communication and coordination skills.
