Job summary

Jet Commerce in Jakarta is seeking a detail-oriented Live Streaming Operations Coordinator to manage end-to-end live sessions across TikTok and Shopee.

You will coordinate stock, run stock opname with stakeholders, brief hosts, monitor interactions, and generate data-driven reports to support campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business, Economics, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 year of experience in live streaming operations, preferably with experience leading a team or project.
• Fluent in Mandarin
• Fluent in English will be advantages
• Strong asset management skills and experience in coordinating stock opname with stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail and highly data-driven in daily operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel for managing data and creating reports.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.
• Willing to work in shifting schedules, including weekends or public holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle live streaming operations across TikTok and Shopee.
• Ensure product selection, cart management, promo settings, and stock availability are accurate and aligned with campaign objectives.
• Maintain and manage studio assets, including conducting routine equipment checks and adjustments before live sessions.
• Conduct regular stock opname and coordination with stakeholders to track and reconcile inventory used in live commerce.
• Brief and assist hosts, monitor live interactions, and provide real-time support to boost session engagement.
• Identify frequently asked questions and operational issues, compiling insights to share with key accounts for improvement.
• Maintain and analyze operational data, track performance, and support reporting needs.
