Job summary

PT UNZA VITALIS (a business unit of Wipro Customer Care) is seeking a dynamic Livestream Operations Lead to supervise daily broadcasts across platforms. You will coordinate hosts, operators, and supporting teams while shaping schedules, scripts, and promotional concepts to maximize viewer engagement and sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Expertise in livestreaming platforms (TikTok Live, Shopee Live, etc).
• Strong understanding of e-commerce livestream sales strategies.
• Good time management and multitasking skills.
• Familiar with OBS / live streaming tools is a plus.
• Ability to analyze data and provide performance reports.
• Ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
