Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a dedicated Live Streaming Operator to manage sessions on TikTok, Shopee, and other marketplaces. You will prepare products, coordinate with marketing, and ensure broadcasts run smoothly.

The role requires hands-on setup of cameras and lighting, strong communication, and the ability to monitor streaming metrics and produce periodic reports. Shift-based work is expected to align with live schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: high school diploma or vocational associate's degree, or bachelor degree.
• Experience in live streaming operations is a plus.
• Familiarity with TikTok Live, Shopee Live, or other marketplaces.
• Ability to operate cameras, lighting, microphones, and live streaming equipment.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to work shifts according to the live streaming schedule.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage live streaming activities on TikTok, Shopee, and other marketplaces.
• Ensure that all live streaming equipment—such as cameras, lighting, microphones, internet connections, and supporting devices—functioning properly.
• Prepare products, displays, promotional materials, and other live streaming requirements before the session begins.
• Schedule live streams in accordance with the company's targets and needs.
• Coordinate with hosts, the marketing team, and the content creator team to ensure live sessions run smoothly.
• Monitor the progress of live streams and ensure audio and visual quality remain optimal.
• Ensure that promotions, vouchers, prices, and product information displayed comply with company policies.
• Monitor live streaming performance metrics, such as the number of viewers, engagement, traffic, and sales.
• Prepare periodic reports on live streaming results.
• Conduct evaluations and provide ideas to improve the quality and effectiveness of live streams.

About you
