Job summary

Eser Perfumery in Jakarta seeks a dynamic Live Streaming Host to drive orders through engaging sessions on TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, and other platforms. You will present fragrances, communicate features and promotions, and create scripts to boost engagement and conversions.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of live streaming experience, confidence on camera, strong selling and communication skills, and flexibility to work on weekends or evenings.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of live streaming experience, preferably beauty/fragrance/lifestyle.
• Confident, articulate, and camera-friendly.
• Strong communication, presentation, and product-selling skills.
• Able to engage with audiences and interact naturally.
• Familiar with live commerce mechanics and sales techniques.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute live streaming sessions across platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee, and other channels).
• Present and promote products, highlighting features, benefits, fragrance profiles, and promotions.
• Engage with audiences, respond to questions, and encourage purchases.
• Develop creative live streaming concepts, scripts, and sales strategies to increase engagement and conversions.
• Coordinate with marketing, e-commerce, and content teams to align campaigns.
• Monitor live streaming performance: viewers, engagement, GMV, conversion rate, sales.
• Evaluate performance and provide recommendations for future sessions.
• Stay updated on live commerce trends, competitor activities, and platform developments.
