Tec-Do is seeking a skilled Live Streaming Operations professional to drive performance across TikTok and major e-commerce marketplaces. In this role, you will craft live strategies, optimize campaigns, and coordinate with hosts, KOLs, and clients to meet KPI targets.

You will analyze data from live sessions, adjust promotions and product selections, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver impactful campaigns in a fast-paced digital commerce environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute live streaming operation strategies across TikTok and major e-commerce marketplaces.
• Analyze performance data, traffic trends, conversion rates, and user behavior for optimization.
• Collaborate with hosts, KOL teams, account managers, and clients to improve content and campaigns.
• Monitor product assortment, promotions, pricing, and stock during live sessions.
• Support end-to-end live campaign planning and execution, including scheduling and traffic strategy.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on market trends and platform updates.
