Job summary

TikTok Local Services is seeking a Creator Operations Manager to lead the LIVE strategy and performance for top creators and coordinate growth initiatives. You will work with creators to optimize POI selections, product bundles, and limited-time offers while driving engagement and transactions.

As part of TikTok GO, you will design and execute plans for campaigns, mega lives, and events, and translate insights into actionable improvements for LIVE tools and offerings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in creator management, influencer marketing, live commerce, e-commerce, local services, or partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Own the LIVE performance of assigned top creators, including Live GMV, LIVE hours, and conversion metrics.
• Build and execute weekly and monthly growth plans for assigned creators.
• Diagnose performance gaps across traffic, assortment, pricing, content quality, and LIVE cadence; turn insights into clear action plans.
• Support creators in developing strong LIVE strategies: POI selections, product bundles, and limited-time offers.
• Lead planning and execution for campaign lives, mega live events, and merchant-led livestream activations.
• Surface creator feedback and data insights to improve platform tools and LIVE capabilities.
