DECA Group is seeking a dynamic live host to plan, execute, and host streams on TikTok and Marketplace, driving audience engagement in a fast-paced environment. You will identify trends and produce compelling content to grow our broadcasting presence.

The role requires strong on-camera presence, passion for social media, and the ability to analyze streaming data to generate actionable insights for optimization. Shift work, including weekends or holidays, may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field (Communications or related disciplines are preferred).
• Experience as a Live Host, Content Creator, or On-Camera Talent in grooming, beauty, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
• Passionate about social media, digital trends, and engaging online audiences.
• Comfortable hosting multiple live sessions and interacting confidently before the camera.
