Qualifications

• 3+ years in creator management, influencer marketing, live commerce, e-commerce, local services, or partnerships.
• Strong understanding of creators, live-streaming, and performance-driven growth.
• Comfortable using data and metrics to guide decisions.
• Strong communication skills; able to influence creators and cross-functional partners.
• Highly organized, proactive, and execution-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Own the LIVE performance of assigned top creators, including Live GMV, LIVE hours, and conversion metrics;
• Build and execute weekly and monthly growth plans for assigned creators;
• Diagnose performance gaps across traffic, assortment, pricing, content quality, and LIVE cadence; turn insights into clear action plans;
• Support creators in developing strong LIVE strategies: POI selections, product bundles, and limited-time offers;
• Lead planning and execution for campaign lives, mega live events, and merchant-led livestream activations;
• Surface creator feedback and data insights to improve platform tools and LIVE capabilities.
