Job summary

TikTok is seeking an Agency Operation Project Intern (TikTok LIVE) to support the LIVE Operations team in Jakarta. This internship offers a fast-paced, real-world experience, focusing on SMB operations, onboarding, and scaling creator networks.

The role suits students or graduates pursuing Business/Marketing/Communications and eager to contribute to live content initiatives. Responsibilities include optimizing SMB processes, coordinating cross-team efforts, and designing scalable onboarding

Qualifications

ASAP start, able to attend at least 5 days and 40 hours per week.
Minimum 6 months of internship.
Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Business/Marketing/Communications or a related technical discipline.
Experience serving B2B users is a plus.
Able to collaborate across teams and possess good communication and learning abilities.
Strong sense of ownership and uphold integrity in values.

Responsibilities

Be responsible for the operation and management of SMB, empower their growth, and be accountable for the tier upgrade of creator networks.
Identify common development issues of SMB, formulate targeted operation strategies and business SOPs, and continuously optimize the large scale operation system.
Increase the scale of newly onboarded creator networks, design large-scale introduction strategies and onboarding processes, and accelerate the growth of new creator networks.
