Responsibilities

• Coordinate livestream host schedules according to brand and operational needs.
• Serve as backup livestream host when required to ensure sessions run on schedule.
• Collect and compile livestream performance data weekly and monthly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm campaigns during live sessions.
• Monitor host attendance and align with established schedules.
• Prepare technical livestream requirements such as product samples, studio setup, props, and equipment.
• Ensure all operational livestream needs are prepared before live sessions begin.

This role supports livestream operations by coordinating host schedules, serving as backup host when needed, and ensuring all technical and operational requirements are prepared before live sessions. You will work with cross-functional teams to develop campaign ideas, monitor host attendance, and track livestream performance metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Help arrange and organize livestream host schedules according to brand and operational needs
• Serve as backup livestream host when required to ensure live activities proceed on schedule
• Collect, process, and compile livestream performance data on a weekly and monthly basis
• Collaborate with related teams in brainstorming and developing campaign ideas and promotional activities during live sessions
• Monitor and record livestream host attendance and ensure alignment with established schedules
• Assist in preparing technical livestream requirements, including product samples, studio setup, props, and supporting equipment
• Ensure all operational livestream needs are prepared before live sessions begin

About you

• Final year student or fresh graduate from any discipline
• Interest in the livestreaming, e-commerce, and social commerce industries
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for basic data processing
• Detail-oriented, quick to act, proactive, and able to work to deadlines
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams
