Job summary

PT Social Commerce Indonesia is seeking a proactive intern to support livestream operations in Tangerang. You will help coordinate host schedules, act as a backup host, and ensure all technical and operational requirements are prepared before live sessions.

Qualifications

Final year student or fresh graduate from any discipline.
Interest in livestreaming and e-commerce industries.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficient with Excel/Sheets for data processing.

Responsibilities

Coordinate livestream host schedules according to brand and operational needs.
Serve as backup livestream host when required to ensure sessions run on schedule.
Collect and compile livestream performance data weekly and monthly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm campaigns during live sessions.
Monitor host attendance and align with established schedules.
Prepare technical livestream requirements such as product samples, studio setup, props, and equipment.
Ensure all operational livestream needs are prepared before live sessions begin.
