Job summary

SIRCLO Studio in BSD, Tangerang is seeking a live streaming operator to manage the end-to-end livestream flow, coordinating with hosts and crew. You will monitor chats, execute promotions, and ensure a smooth, professional production for brand collaborations.

Applicants should have hands-on experience with OBS or vMix and be comfortable working in shifts at our studio. This role offers exciting collaboration with leading brands within a dynamic media environment.

• Operate livestream flow including scenes, visuals, audio, and video.
• Coordinate with hosts, co-hosts, and crew in real time during sessions.
• Monitor live chat and audience interactions; execute gimmicks/promotions as planned.

Job description

Operate livestream flow (scenes, visuals, audio, video, internet) run optimally.

Coordinate with hosts, co-host, and LSC in real-time during the session.

Monitor live chat, audience interactions, and ensure gimmicks/promotions are executed according to plan.

Implement engagement strategies (quizzes, flash sales, voucher drops) as directed by the LSC.

Manage the content conversion into the video on demand (VOD).

Set up relevant properties with other crew members and venue A/V technicians.

Submit post-event reports as requested by Senior Live streaming Production.

Maintain professionalism in the studio and ensure all equipment is ready for use.

Job Requirements

Have experience in technical operation or related field.

Possess familiarity with OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) or vMix and digital live streaming platforms, such as Tokopedia Play, Shopee Live, Youtube, Instagram, and Facebook.

Able to monitor Matrix Performa on Shopee or TikTok while operating Live Streaming.

Preferably have experience working in a live streaming platform or in the television industry.

Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Available to work in flexible working hours, and ready to work in shifts.

Willing to work from the SIRCLO Studio (BSD, Tangerang)
