Job summary

Seven Retail is seeking a Live Host to engage audiences during live streams on Shopee Live, TikTok Shop Live, and other platforms. You will present products, respond to questions in real time, and drive sales conversions through compelling demonstrations.

The role requires confident on-camera presence, clear communication, and the ability to follow scripts and campaign mechanics. Familiarity with beauty, skincare, or healthcare products is a plus, and flexibility to support peak session

Responsibilities

• Host live-streaming sessions across Shopee, TikTok Shop, and other platforms to drive product awareness, engagement, and sales.
• Present products, promotions, vouchers, and key selling points in a brand-aligned manner.
• Engage with viewers in real time by responding to questions and product inquiries.
• Drive sales through product demonstrations, CTAs, and promotional mechanics.
• Support peak-hour live sessions and campaigns as scheduled.
• Coordinate with e-commerce team on product priorities and stock updates.

Your Day-to-Day

• Host live-streaming sessions across Shopee, TikTok Shop, and other e-commerce platforms to drive product awareness, engagement, and sales.
• Present products, promotions, vouchers, and key selling points in an engaging and brand-aligned manner.
• Engage with viewers in real time by responding to questions, comments, and product inquiries to support purchase decisions.
• Drive sales conversion through product demonstrations, call-to-actions, and promotional mechanics.
• Support campaign, payday, double-date, and peak-hour live sessions based on business needs and assigned schedules.
• Coordinate with the e-commerce team on product priorities, campaign mechanics, stock availability, and promotional updates, while reviewing live-session performance to identify opportunities for improvement.

Who We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Live Host, Content Creator, Sales Promoter, or similar role is preferred.
• Confident and engaging on camera, with strong communication skills and the ability to interact naturally with viewers in real time.
• Able to explain products clearly and respond effectively to customer questions or objections during live sessions.
• Sales-oriented with the ability to drive viewer engagement and encourage purchase conversion.
• Familiar with Shopee Live, TikTok Shop Live, or other e-commerce live-streaming platforms, and comfortable following scripts and campaign mechanics.
• Flexible and reliable to support peak hours, campaigns, payday, and double-date events based on business needs; knowledge of beauty, skincare, dental, or healthcare products is a plus.
