Job summary

Everbest Group in Indonesia is seeking a dynamic Live Selling Host to represent our brand on Shopee, TikTok and other social commerce platforms. You will host engaging livestream sessions, present products, and drive sales through compelling demonstrations and promotions.

The ideal candidate is camera-ready, energetic, and commercially minded, with experience in retail or consumer goods. You will engage audiences, communicate product details clearly, and respond to questions while promoting

• High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Previous Live Selling Host or similar role is preferred.
• Experience in retail, fashion, beauty, or consumer goods is strongly preferred.
• Comfortable speaking on camera for extended periods.
• Strong product presentation and selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Host live selling sessions across Shopee, TikTok, and other social channels.
• Present products clearly, highlighting features, sizing, pricing, and promotions.
• Engage audiences with energy, respond to questions, and drive sales with CTAs.
• Prepare products and materials, coordinate with operations on stock and promotions.

Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Live Selling Host to represent our brand across e-commerce and social commerce platforms such as Shopee and TikTok. This role will be responsible for hosting engaging livestream sessions, presenting products, interacting with audiences, and driving sales conversion through compelling product demonstrations and promotions.

The ideal candidate is energetic, confident on camera, commercially minded, and able to create an engaging shopping experience while effectively communicating product information. Experience in retail, fashion, lifestyle, beauty, consumer goods, or other consumer-facing industries is strongly preferred.

What You'll Do

Live Selling & Product Presentation

• Host and conduct live selling sessions across platforms such as Shopee, TikTok, and other social commerce channels.
• Present and demonstrate products in an engaging, confident, and informative manner.
• Clearly communicate product features, materials, sizing, pricing, promotions, and other relevant information.
• Maintain a professional, energetic, and engaging presence throughout each livestream.
• Drive sales conversion by delivering compelling product presentations and clear calls-to-action.
• Promote key SKUs based on campaign priorities, sales targets, and promotional activities.
• Utilize limited-time offers, bundles, vouchers, and other promotional mechanics to encourage purchases.
• Identify and respond to buying signals to maximize sales opportunities during livestreams.

Audience Engagement

• Actively interact with viewers throughout livestream sessions through greetings, questions, comments, and calls-to-action.
• Respond to customer questions and provide relevant product information in a clear and engaging manner.
• Build a positive and interactive shopping experience that encourages audience participation.
• Maintain high energy and enthusiasm to keep viewers engaged throughout the session.

Product & Live Preparation

• Develop strong product knowledge and understand key product selling points before each livestream.
• Stay updated on product launches, campaigns, promotions, pricing, and other relevant information.
• Coordinate with the Operations team regarding stock availability, product preparation, and promotional mechanics.
• Ensure products and supporting materials are properly prepared before each livestream.

Live Chat & Customer Interaction

• Monitor live chat and respond to common customer questions during livestream sessions.
• Highlight important comments, customer inquiries, and potential buying signals.
• Escalate customer concerns or product-related issues to the relevant team when required.

We're Looking For

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Previous experience as a Live Selling Host, Livestream Host, Presenter, Sales Promoter, or similar role is preferred.
• Experience in retail, fashion, lifestyle, beauty, consumer goods, or other consumer-facing industries is strongly preferred.
• Comfortable hosting livestream sessions and speaking in front of a camera for extended periods.
• Strong product presentation and selling skills.
• Confident, energetic, and engaging personality.
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Customer-oriented with a strong understanding of sales and conversion.
• Able to think quickly and respond naturally to audience questions and interactions.
• Comfortable working with Shopee, TikTok, and other livestream or social commerce platforms.
• Strong teamwork and coordination skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and campaign periods when required.
