Job summary

Yen Store is seeking a Live Host to lead streaming sessions on Shopee Live, TikTok Live, and Instagram Live, with the aim of boosting sales and brand awareness. You will present products clearly and persuasively, answer questions, and guide viewers toward purchases, following provided concepts and briefs.

Qualifications

High school graduate or equivalent.
Confident appearing in front of the camera.
Good public speaking skills.
Able to explain products clearly and convincingly.
Positive attitude, disciplined and responsible.
Willing to follow live streaming schedules.
Experience as a live host or online sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

Host live streaming sessions on e-commerce platforms and social media (Shopee Live, TikTok Live, Instagram Live).
Present products in an engaging, informative, and persuasive way.
Explain product details, pricing, promotions, and purchasing procedures during live sessions.
Actively interact with the audience through comments and questions.
Maintain an energetic, communicative, and engaging live atmosphere.
Follow content direction, scripts, and briefs provided by the team.
Drive sales performance and increase brand awareness through live streaming.
Submit brief post-live reports (issues, insights, performance).
