Job summary

Savaya Group in Bali is seeking an Assistant Technical Production Manager to support the Technical Production Manager in coordinating and delivering technical production across Savaya’s venues and events. You will oversee sound, lighting, LED screens, AV, staging, and other technical setups, ensuring every production is planned, prepared, tested, and executed to the highest standard.

This hands-on role is for someone technically capable, organized, and comfortable in fast-paced environments

Qualifications

• Experience in technical production, event production, AV, entertainment, or a similar technical role.
• Experience with sound systems, lighting, LED screens, AV equipment, staging, or other event production equipment.
• Comfort supporting technical setups, testing, and troubleshooting on-site.
• Ability to coordinate with technical crews, vendors, and internal teams.
• Organized and able to manage multiple technical requirements and timelines.
• Calm and solution-oriented when technical issues arise during live operations.
• Understand basic technical safety and equipment handling procedures.
• Willing to work on-site during events, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Willing to work in hands-on environment with extended hours during productions.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating technical requirements for daily venue operations, events, activations, and special productions.
• Prepare technical schedules, production plans, equipment requirements, and setup timelines.
• Coordinate equipment preparation, installation, testing, and technical checks before events.
• Support on-site execution with sound, lighting, LED screens, AV, staging, and other technical elements.
• Monitor technical operations, respond to issues, and assist with troubleshooting.
• Support equipment maintenance, inventory tracking, storage, and handling of assets.
• Ensure work by external vendors and crews complies with Savaya's safety and technical standards.
