Job summary

AYANA Hospitality Group in Bali is seeking a proactive Chopper to join our distinguished Culinary team at a premier 5-star resort. You will prepare dishes with speed and precision, supporting fellow cooks in a fast-paced service environment.

The ideal candidate holds at least 2 years of relevant experience in a luxury setting, with a Diploma in Culinary or related field; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus. Knowledge of HACCP is advantageous and health-safety compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of solid experience as a Chopper in a luxury resort or reputable Chinese restaurant.
• Solid knowledge of food safety principles; HACCP certification is desirable.
• Diploma in Culinary, Hospitality or related major is required; a Bachelor’s Degree is desirable.
