Job summary

PT Zoomlion Indonesia Heavy Industry seeks a capable Litigation Specialist to coordinate debt-related cases, manage arbitration and civil proceedings, and draft demand letters and petitions. The role requires strong negotiation and legal analysis, plus liaising with external lawyers and authorities.

The ideal candidate holds a law degree (master's preferred), English fluency, and a PERADI Advocate license, with excellent communication, negotiation, and critical thinking skills in a demanding,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law or Master’s degree in law (preferred) from reputable university.
• Having experiences at least 2 year as litigation lawyer in law firm or in house lawyer.
• Able to speak English fluently. Able to speak Mandarin is a plus.
• Having good knowledge in arbitration proceedings and civil proceedings and execution.
• Self-motivated, able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, honest and hardworking.
• Having an active License of Advocate License (PERADI).
