Job summary

Samora Group in Central Jakarta, Indonesia, seeks a qualified Lawyer with litigation focus to join our Head Office team. The role requires a law degree, PERADI certification, and 4–5 years of experience handling disputes in corporate or law firm settings.

You will review contracts, manage legal proceedings with authorities, draft court documents, and represent the company in various legal matters. English fluency is required, and placement at the Head Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law is required.
• PERADI advocate certification is required (minimum completion of PKPA; admission to the bar is not required).
• 4–5 years of experience as a Litigation Staff member at a law firm or corporate legal department.
• Good understanding of ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution).
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate company agreements and contracts.
• Provide legal assistance in legal proceedings with police, government agencies, PHI, and courts.
• Draft and review legal documents for submission to courts, police, and prosecutors (notices, statements of claim, opinions, etc).
• Provide legal assistance and represent the Company in various legal proceedings.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law.
• Holds a PERADI advocate certification (at minimum, has completed the Advocate Professional Education Course/PKPA; admission to the bar is not required).
• 4–5 years of experience as a Litigation Staff member at a law firm or in a corporate legal department.
• Good understanding of and experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Willing to be stationed at the Head Office, Menara Thamrin, Central Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate company agreements and contracts.
• Handle and provide legal assistance in legal proceedings, including matters involving the police, government agencies, the Industrial Relations Court (PHI), and general courts.
• Draft and review legal documents for submission to courts, police, and public prosecutors, including legal notices, statements of claim, legal opinions, and other legal documents.
• Provide legal assistance and represent the Company in various legal proceedings.
