Job summary

PT Zoomlion Indonesia Heavy Industry seeks a capable Litigation Specialist to coordinate debt-related cases, manage arbitration and civil proceedings, and draft demand letters and petitions. The role requires strong negotiation and legal analysis, plus liaising with external lawyers and authorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law or Master’s degree in law (preferred) from reputable university.
• Having experiences at least 2 year as litigation lawyer in law firm or in house lawyer.
• Able to speak English fluently. Able to speak Mandarin is a plus.
• Having good knowledge in arbitration proceedings and civil proceedings and execution.
• Self-motivated, able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, honest and hardworking.
• Having an active License of Advocate License (PERADI).

Responsibilities

• Coordinating with the collection team regarding debt cases;
• Conducting arbitration proceedings and civil proceedings;
• Conducting negotiations with debtors;
• Conducting legal analysis and/or investigation of cases;
• Preparing, drafting, and sending various letters, e.g Somasi/Letter of Demand, Petition of Arbitration, Conclusion, List of Evidence and others;
• Liaising with external lawyers, law enforcer, notary and/or institution officers;
• Conducting enforcement of arbitration award, or court award;
• Conducting enforcement of Fiduciary Security and other security.
