Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 1–3 years in e-commerce operations or related roles.
• Strong data analysis skills with ability to translate metrics into actions.
• Solid project management and cross-functional collaboration experience.

Responsibilities

• QA leadership to oversee quality assurance activities and ensure listing accuracy.
• Lead Appeals Management to resolve seller disputes fairly and efficiently.
• Maintain and optimize product catalog structure and backend configurations.
• Mentor QA analysts and manage headcount planning and resource allocation.
• Own core KPIs, including QA accuracy, SLA turnaround times, and mapping precision.
• Drive data-driven process improvements via cross-functional projects.
