Job summary

PT. RailSure Solutions Indonesia, an Australian-owned infrastructure engineering group based in Surabaya, seeks an IT Operations professional to manage Linux server environments and provide day-to-day IT support for the office team.

The role splits time between server administration and user support, covering Linux, Windows, 365, and basic networking. Fresh graduates are welcome, and familiarity with AWS is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field is required.
Fresh graduates welcome; experience is a plus.
Hands-on with Linux and server administration.
Familiar with Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.

Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain Linux VPS environments (Ubuntu Server).
Service health monitoring, disk and certificate management.
Operating system and container security patching.
Database backup verification and recovery testing.
Escalation to our platform vendor and issue follow-through.
Maintain system documentation and runbooks.
First-line IT support for staff, on-site and remote.
Windows OS troubleshooting and Microsoft 365 administration.
Hardware and software installation, configuration and maintenance.
Basic network troubleshooting (connectivity, DNS, firewalls, Wi-Fi).
IT asset and inventory management.
